Domestic Shipping
All items will be shipped and packed once they have been made. Please note that Processing time may take up to 4 - 7 weeks as each product are handcrafted from scratch and made to order. We offer registered shipping at $3.50 and it take approximately 3 - 5 days once it has been shipped!

We offer registered shipping by air. Delivery time takes between 7 - 16 days

Do check your address before you checkout! We are unable to change the address once it has been shipped and parcel may not be returned to us for international shipping. Additional charges may be incurred to re-ship the parcel for domestic shipping, if parcel is being return.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the personalized nature of our tags and hygiene purposes for our accessories, we cannot accept returns. Each time required a lot of time spend handcrafting and items will go through quality check before it is posted out. Each piece has its own unique personality and minor imperfections are inevitable as each piece is crafted by hand. We are unable to refund tags and accessories where it has been mishandled (see FAQ - Disclaimer) e.g. chewing, damage due to rough play, lost tag etc, hence please wear the tag under supervision. Clay & resin material are not 100% scratch proof, if you are going to be in a situation where your pet's dog could be scratched, please remove it.
