CANCELLATION & CHANGES
Cancellations can be made within 24 hrs if the item has not been made. However, it will incur a 3% charge due to online payments processing fee.

If you discovered a mistake or wish to make some changes (i.e size, name, telephone number), please let us know as soon as possible via Instagram DM (fastest reply) or email. We cannot guarantee that we are able to make these changes once we are in the process of making the piece. Addition charges may apply if we need to remake the item, depending on how much it has been made.
